SMART Quarterly Performance Report
What is a SMART Quarterly Performance Report?
This is the fourth and final phase which compares actual accomplishments to those planned. Based on the performance indicators/objectives identified previously, performance is reported at the end of every quarter. These reports will track an agency’s or institution’s fiscal year progress toward their multi-year goals. Information from these reports will be useful in planning for the future as the SMART cycle continues.
